  • Execute high-quality, team-based pediatric CPR and understand its unique physiology and techniques.

  • Effectively manage a pediatric cardiac arrest by following the PALS algorithms.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric electrical therapy and pharmacology, including safe medication dosing.

  • Utilize effective resuscitation team dynamics and communication specific to the pediatric setting.

  • Provide appropriate post-cardiac arrest care.
