1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DSD Certify, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To enroll in the DSD Certification Course, you must:
- Be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Have at least 2 years of nursing experience
- Have at least 1 year of experience caring for chronically ill or elderly patients
- Provide accurate license information
3. Course Access
- Course access is valid for 90 days from the date of enrollment
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed
4. Payment and Refunds
- The course fee is $49 (one-time payment)
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course
- No refunds will be issued after certificate issuance
5. Certification
- You must complete all course modules and pass the final examination with a score of 80% or higher
- Certificates are issued with a unique ID and QR code for verification
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means
6. Academic Integrity
You agree to:
- Complete all coursework and examinations independently
- Not share exam questions or answers with others
- Provide truthful information in your registration
7. Disclaimer
While this course is designed to meet the requirements outlined in California Code of Regulations for DSD certification, completion of this course does not guarantee employment or automatic approval by regulatory bodies. You are responsible for verifying specific requirements with your employer and relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
DSD Certify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
