Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Register" from the login page. Enter your name, email, and create a password. If your employer provided an enrollment code, enter it during registration to link your account to your company.
How do I enroll in a lesson?
Browse available lessons from the Dashboard. Click on a lesson card to view details, then click "Enroll" to add it to your learning path. If your company admin assigned lessons, they will appear automatically in your progress page.
What are the system requirements?
Draco Learning works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). You need a stable internet connection for video playback. Mobile devices and tablets are fully supported.
Lessons & Quizzes
Can I pause and resume a lesson?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically. When you return, you will resume exactly where you left off — including video position and completed sections.
What happens if I fail a quiz?
You can retake the quiz. The number of allowed attempts and the passing score are set per lesson. Your highest score is recorded. If you fail all attempts, contact your administrator for assistance.
Can I skip ahead in a video?
For compliance training, videos must be watched in full — fast-forwarding is disabled. You can rewind to review previous sections at any time. This ensures all required material is covered.
Are there checkpoint questions during videos?
Some lessons include checkpoint questions that appear at specific points during the video. These help reinforce learning and must be answered correctly before the video continues.
Certificates & CEUs
How do I get my certificate?
After completing all lesson sections and passing the quiz, your certificate is generated automatically. You can view, download, and share it from your "My Certificates" page.
How can I verify a certificate?
Each certificate has a unique verification code. Anyone can verify its authenticity at our public verification page by entering the code.
Do certificates expire?
Some certificates have expiration dates based on regulatory requirements. You will receive email alerts before expiration so you can renew on time.
How are CEU credits tracked?
CEU (Continuing Education Unit) credits are automatically awarded upon lesson completion. Your total CEUs are displayed on your progress page and included on certificates.
Account & Technical
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
Can I change my email address?
For security, email changes must be done by an administrator. Contact your company admin or our support team to update your email.
The video is not playing. What should I do?
Try: (1) Refresh the page, (2) Clear your browser cache, (3) Try a different browser, (4) Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact support with your browser name and version.
Company Admins
How do I assign lessons to my team?
Go to Company Dashboard → Assignments. Select a lesson, choose individual learners or "All company members," set an optional due date, and click "Assign Lesson."
Can I export compliance reports?
Yes. The Reports page offers CSV exports for enrollment data, certificates, and compliance summaries. Filter by date range before exporting.
How do I add new learners to my company?
Share your company enrollment code with new team members. They enter it during registration. Alternatively, contact us to bulk-import users.
