Yes, our programs are approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and comply with all relevant state and federal regulations including California Title 22 and OBRA requirements. Our EMT program meets NREMT and California EMSA standards.
Program duration varies by certification. Our CNA and EMT programs are 160 hours, RNA is 40 hours, DSD is 24 hours, WSOC is 48 hours, and CPCS is approximately 20 hours. Online portions can be completed at your own pace within the enrollment period.
Enrollment Questions

Online Learning
Our online learning platform is accessible 24/7 from any device with internet access. Course content is organized into modules and lessons that you can complete at your own pace. Each lesson includes reading materials, videos, and quizzes to test your knowledge.
You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and a reliable internet connection. Some content may require audio, so headphones or speakers are recommended.
You have access to course materials for the duration of your enrollment period, typically 6-12 months depending on the program. After successful completion, you'll retain access to reference materials for an additional period.
Certification & Career
Upon successful completion of all coursework and clinical requirements (if applicable), you'll receive a certificate of completion. For state certification exams (like CNA), we'll provide guidance on registering for the state competency evaluation and support throughout the process.
While we don't guarantee job placement, we provide career support services including resume assistance, interview preparation, and connections to healthcare employers in the area. Many of our clinical partners hire our graduates directly.
