Getting started

Wound Care Academy is organized into modules. Each module includes lessons and a quiz. Modules unlock in order. Your goal is to complete the lessons, then pass the quiz to unlock the next module.

  • Start from your Dashboard after logging in.
  • Use Continue to jump to the next required lesson or quiz.
  • Check your remaining time window on the dashboard (your access is time-limited).

Progress & unlocking

Modules unlock in sequence. To unlock the next module, you must complete the current module requirements.

  • Lessons must be completed in order.
  • Quiz unlocks after all lessons in the module are complete.
  • Passing a module quiz unlocks the next module.

Lessons

Lessons include educational content and may include tables, checklists, and other resources. When you finish reading, click Continue to mark the lesson complete and move forward.

  • If you try to jump ahead, the system will redirect you to the next required lesson.
  • You can revisit completed lessons anytime for review.

Quizzes & attempts

Each module has a quiz (and there may be a final exam depending on the curriculum design). Quizzes are used to verify mastery and unlock progression.

  • Read the quiz instructions at the top of the page (pass threshold, time limit, attempts remaining).
  • Answer every question and click Submit quiz.
  • If a quiz has a time limit, the system may auto-record a timed-out attempt when time expires.

Time tracking

Wound Care Academy tracks time spent to support CE workflows and learner analytics. Time is counted while you actively navigate the course.

Certificates

If you successfully complete the course requirements, your certificate may be issued and appear in your account. Some certificates may require administrative review.

Troubleshooting

Confirm your access window is still active. If your access has expired, progress updates are disabled.

Return to the module page and complete all lessons in that module first. Quizzes unlock only after required lessons are complete.

If a quiz has a time limit, refresh the page periodically while taking it and avoid using multiple tabs/devices at the same time.

Try logging out and logging back in, then retry the action. If it persists, contact support with the module you were working on and what you expected to happen.
