Draco Software Development ("we," "us") is operated by Draco Inc.. This policy explains what we collect when you browse or purchase software on this site and how we use it.

  • Payment information — card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under PCI-DSS.
  • Support messages — anything you send us through the contact form.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and pages visited, used for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.

How we use it

  • To process your purchase, issue and email your software license key, and provide support.
  • To protect the site (reCAPTCHA, IP logging) against fraud and abuse.
  • To send transactional email about your order. We do not send marketing email without consent.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only with the processors that operate this service on our behalf — Stripe (payments), SendGrid (transactional email), and Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection) — and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with law.

Retention & your rights
