Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of software sold by Draco Software Development, operated by Draco Inc.. By purchasing, you agree to them.

License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software, identified by the license key we issue and email to you. Do not share, resell, or publish your license key. We may revoke a license obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.

Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and charged at checkout via Stripe. Your license key is delivered by email immediately after a successful payment.

Refunds

Because license keys are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a product does not function as described, contact support@dracosd.com within 14 days and we will work with you in good faith on support or a refund.

Warranty & liability

Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Draco Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
