An iPad app for CNA clinical instructors that holds an entire 16-day clinical rotation on the device: clinical sites, cohorts scheduled onto real calendar dates, the day-by-day lesson plan, 26 board skills each with a training video, attendance, skills evaluation, and PDF reports. Every clinical feature works with the iPad in airplane mode — the only thing that needs a connection is sending email. Credited hours are derived from each site's shift and checked live against the 120-hour requirement, and skills are graded on critical elements plus an 80% cut-score.
