In the platform
Staff who create a Draco Staff Development account can enable SMS in Profile › Notification Preferences. SMS is off by default.
On paper
Staff may sign the printed Notification Consent Form during new-hire orientation and annual evaluation.
Program details
- Program name: Draco Staff Development Notifications.
- Who it's for: staff of Draco Inc. and the healthcare facilities we serve. Messages are operational and non-marketing.
- Message types: in-service training schedules and reminders, appointment and physical/TB reminders, and license-renewal deadlines.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
- Voluntary: staff who do not opt in receive the same information by email, postings, or in person, with no penalty.
- We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
